Annabel Crabb, co-host
Crabb is an ABC writer and presenter with a 20-year career covering Australian politics for various organs. With catlike stealth, she has incorporated her hobby (cooking) into her day job and in 2011 devised Kitchen Cabinet, a kitchen-based political interview program that has either offered an intriguing glimpse into the characters of our political leaders or destroyed democracy as we know it, depending on whom you ask. Yes, she has fewer Walkleys than Sales. Amazing how frequently this comes up. But she’s written more books, so suck on that, Ginger . . . Losing It: The Inside Story of the Labor Party in Opposition, Rise of the Ruddbot, Stop at Nothing: The Life and Adventures of Malcolm Turnbull, The Wife Drought, Special Delivery, Special Guest, Men At Work and There's a Prawn in Parliament House. For the ABC, she has written and presented , a documentary series on the inner workings of Parliament, and Ms Represented, about Australian women in politics, as well as presenting the popular history series Back in Time For Dinner. She also appears on Insiders, budget and election coverage for the ABC. Annabel lives in Sydney with her partner Jeremy and their three children, all of whom can spot a Chatter at ten paces. (‘She’s going to stop and talk for a gazillion hours, isn’t she.’) Team Butter. Of course.
Crabb is on Instagram and Facebook.
